Construction period: 2013–2014
Area: 400 m²

To optimize the processes in a steel manufacturing company a 15-metre high, fully automatic high-bay warehouse was built on a one meter thick, reinforced concrete floor slab. The building envelope consists of a steel box with a curtain, rear-ventilated, metal façade. For functional reasons, supporting pillars in the production hall had to be removed. For this reason, and also for fire safety reasons, a breaker was created between the production hall and the high-bay warehouse. In the course of construction the delivery area was redesigned.
